Gift card questions
How do I use a Scoms Restaurant gift card?+
Add what you'd like to your cart, go to checkout and enter the 16-character code under "Gift card". The card pays first; if the order costs more, you pay the rest online or at pickup.
Can I use it more than once?+
Yes. Whatever you don’t spend stays on the card for your next order, until the balance runs out.
How is the gift card delivered?+
By email, usually within a minute of payment — to the person you’re sending it to, or to you if it’s for yourself. You also get a copy under My gift cards.
I lost the email with the code. What now?+
If you bought the card, sign in and open My gift cards to see the code again. Otherwise, contact Scoms Restaurant and they can resend it.
Where can it be used?+
Only at Scoms Restaurant, for anything in the shop ordered on this website.
